Feel free to add broccoli, cauliflower or any other vegetable to this dish to bulk it up and increase nutritional value. I added a little over a cup of Thrive Broccoli to mine!
1c Thrive White Rice
1T Thrive Chopped Onions
1T Thrive Celery
2t Thrive Chicken Bouillon
Melt butter in a large skillet. Sautee rice, onions and celery in butter for 2-3 minutes or until rice is slightly toasted. Add bouillon and water and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
