A note about my recipes: each recipe is my own creation. While I may get ideas from other cooks, websites, blogs, cookbooks, restaurants, or even shapes in the clouds, the recipes posted here have been specifically designed by me, for you. I do my best to use minimal amounts of healthy fats, I rarely add salt to anything, and I avoid using highly processed ingredients as much as possible. The meals I prepare are served to my husband and daughter, and occasionally my mother. I am mindful of what I feed my family, and equally mindful of what I suggest you feed yours. If you have dietary concerns and need ideas of how to alter a recipe, please feel free to contact me for suggestions. I hope you enjoy eating this food as much as I do, but please let me know if you find a mistake or just don't like the way something turned out.
